I have been

an awful blogger.  So much has happened in the last couple months I can't even begin!

First of all, at Anthony's 2 month appointment he was 12 lbs 12 oz and 24 inches.  He has to be double that or something now since he is freaking heavy!  He started laughing, and rolled over for the first time on April 19th.  Since then he rolls over occasionally, but hasn't made a habit of it.  Every time he does it he looks so surprised I can't help but laugh.

This was his "Holy cow I just rolled over" face.  The worst part is I was in the kitchen doing dishes while he was rocking tummy time and I came back and the little dude was chilling on his back.  Silly boy :)

Life has been pretty crazy.  I've been working part time at the yard and hanging out with Anthony otherwise.  I can't get enough of this little man!  He is so animated, and so happy.  I could not ask for a sweeter baby!

We had Anthony baptized on Easter.  It was so wonderful to welcome him into God's family.  Uncle Luke did the mass and baptism.  We are so blessed to have such a wonderful priest in our family.  Uncle Luke has been an outpouring of kindness, understanding, and counsel for Paul and I over the last two years.  I really appreciate his patience and his love through trials and joyous events like the baptism of Anthony.

It was so special to have my Nonno there.  It's been touch and go for awhile.  Nonno is on his second bout of a very aggressive form of prostate cancer.  It's been a terrifying journey thus far.  Nonno and Nonna have been so influential in my life.   They have taught me a love and appreciation for art, for culture, and most especially food.  I am so glad he was able to be there for the baptism of his great grandson!

That's all for now <3
