Yeah, about that.
Following up 31 days burn out (though I WILL finish the series, hopefully in December) I decided to double the words I was supposed to produce daily for that challenge, and leap feet first into NaNoWriMo. If you aren't familiar with it, the concept is to write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days, for an average of 1667 words a day to "win" on time. If you've been following along for some time, you know that I tried it last year, ending with 30,000 words or so.
This year? I'm CRUSHING it.
That's how I feel about NaNoWriMo right now.
The blog is going to be quiet for a few more weeks. As soon as I come off NaNo I'm going straight into my ten day residency for grad school, packed with brilliant brains. I hope to get back into a blogging groove after that. Until then, I'm active as always on Twitter and I'm now procrastinating on Tumblr.
I miss you friends, but you haven't heard the last from me.
